To foster stronger connections within our arts community, AVA is introducing “NEW & NOW": an AVA Member Social & Orientation. This program will serve as an orientation for new members, giving them a chance to get acquainted with our community and staff. For our longtime members, it’s an opportunity to reconnect, learn about new programs, and expand their artist social circles.

Our first NEW & NOW gathering is on Saturday, Sept 14th, from 4:30 pm to 6:30 pm. After September, we will meet quarterly (every 3 months).

What to expect: ⤵️

➢ Kick-off: Staff introductions / AVA programs & resources. Learn more about who we are, what we do, and how to maximize your AVA benefits.

➢ Q & A discussion

➢ Member Introductions: Introduce yourself and share a piece of your artwork with the group (2 mins each). This is NOT a critique opportunity but rather a way to get to know you & your craft a little better!

➢ Social hour: Get to know your artist community better with optional ice breaker activities!

➢ Light refreshments will be provided. The gallery will be closed to the public for this private, members-only event.
