In this one day, split session workshop, Williams will be leading attendees through instruction, discussion and hands on practice utilizing a DSLR camera to photograph and document artwork. Attendees will learn about the importance of proper photography of their work, the differences between a smartphone camera and a DSLR camera and when one is appropriate over the other. Artists will get hands on experience with a DSLR camera, settings, equipment and editing software.
Artists who register will be expected to come prepared and to stay for the whole session. The workshop will include lecture/discussion, hands on experience and work together in groups.
