Ekaterina Gordeeva was at the top of her game, wanting for nothing as she and her greatest love, Sergei Grinkov, skated their way to winning several World Championships and two Olympic Gold medals. Her life couldn’t have been any sweeter, she was married to the love of her life, had a beautiful three year old daughter and then suddenly in 1995 her husband tragically died of a heart attack.
